SCLC’s goals are to Serve, Connect, and Provide a mission for those who are in need. In order to SERVE we must first answer the question “Where can we have an impact?” In order to CONNECT, we must determine “Where and to whom we must connect?” We also strive to provide a MISSION of non-violent civic engagement through working in our communities to initiate appropriate programs. The SCLC’s 52^nd Annual Convention will be themed:What we're fighting for; Economic Development, Education, Environmental Justice, Freedom Riders and The Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill Program Initiatives.
